Staff CPD
Our young people benefit from inspirational teaching that supports the individual needs, interests and talents of our pupils while responding to the communities we serve. We recruit and grow great teaching and support staff through professional and career development opportunities tailored to meet individual needs.
This year our Trust is hosting a series of Teacher Talk events, inviting leading education specialists to speak to our staff. In September we were lucky enough to welcome Baroness Estelle Morris, and in November we look forward to welcoming education adviser and writer Mary Myatt.
